1. Who we are

Northern Grit Digital Inc. ("we", "us") builds mobile apps and games. If you have questions about this policy or how any of our apps handle your information, contact us at contact@northerngritdigital.ca.

2. Apps this policy covers

This policy applies to Northern Grit Digital's mobile apps, including Camp-Ade and Cosmos Clicker, and to any future Northern Grit Digital app that links to this page from its store listing. Not every app necessarily uses every feature described below (for example, not all apps show ads or offer in-app purchases) — check the specific app's store listing for which features it includes.

3. Information we collect

Our apps do not require you to create an account, and we do not operate a backend server that stores your gameplay data. Progress, settings, and in-app currency are stored locally on your device only, and are removed if you uninstall the app.

Where an app shows ads or offers in-app purchases, those features are provided by Google (via AdMob and Google Play Billing) and are subject to Google's own data collection, which may include device and advertising identifiers. We do not receive or store your payment details — purchases are handled entirely by Google Play.

4. Advertising

Apps that show ads use Google AdMob. Google may use device identifiers to serve ads, including personalized ads where permitted. You can review and manage ad-personalization settings through your device's Google settings, and can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.

5. In-app purchases

Where an app offers in-app purchases, they are processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment card information.

6. Children's privacy

Our apps are intended for a general audience aged 13 and up, and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will address it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information relating to you. Since our apps store gameplay data locally on your device rather than on our servers, uninstalling the app removes that data. We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
